Oh Barcelona!
A City to Explore By far Barcelona quickly became one of my favorite cities to explore. There are a plethora of things to do, see and try. I'll mention just a few to get your interest piqued! Barcelona, the capital of Spain's Catalonia region, thrives on its long withstanding history. It thrives in art, architecture, food and cava. A coastal city in Spain on the Mediterranean Sea, the city has beaches, bars, and hidden coves. There really is something for everyone here from historical to modern, land to sea, morning to night. The city is easy to access by foot, bike, car and public transportation. The people are kind and helpful, patient and informed, also thankfully able to speak multiple languages. They make suggestions, offer directions and take time for you to enjoy your experience to the fullest.
